Through our FIRST IMPACT Lend-A-Shoulder programme, 16 volunteers from Wholesale Banking Operations, led by Mr. Kanvarjeet Sabharwal, spent their time mentoring 27 students from low-income communities in partnership with Dharavi Social Mission. Together, they helped students discover new career paths and build the confidence to explore opportunities in banking and finance.
