Talent often carries the ambition to excel but lacks access to structured mentorship and exposure to global platforms. We’re proud of colleagues, like Mr. Aniket Upadhayay (State Head, Debt Management - Indore), who have shown how a mentor can change the course of a young life. 15-year-old Prakhar Singhvi, one of his mentees, recently brought home Gold for India at this year’s Copernicus Mathematics Olympiad held at Columbia University. This milestone was made possible by Mr. Aniket’s consistent guidance, taking the spirit of our Lend-a-Shoulder employee volunteering programme beyond office hours, with over 1,500 hours in two years invested in mentoring Prakhar. Stories like these remind us of the collective impact we can create when all of us come together as a force for Social Good. #IDFCFIRSTBank #AlwaysYouFirst #IDFCFIRSTBankCSR #FIRSTIMPACT #LendAShoulder #EmployeeVolunteering
