Recognising and supporting early needs can help honour the strengths and needs of children on the autism spectrum. Through Ek Prayas, FIRST IMPACT is helping make this possible. The programme has been supporting 10 Early Intervention Centres across rural Karnataka, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh, as well as Delhi, since 2019, reaching over 400 children. These centres provide early intervention with different therapies and learning tools, as well as nutritious meals, that help children build essential skills at their own pace. The program also equips caregivers with guidance and resources, so they can support their child’s growth with confidence. Every child learns and communicates in their own way. With the right tools, whether it’s visual aids, sensory-friendly spaces, or alternative ways to express emotions, we can create an environment where they feel comfortable, understood, and free to be themselves. #IDFCFIRSTBankCSR #WorldAutismAwarenessDay #SocialImpact
