Branch is located at the prime location covering both, retail as well as business clients. Staff is very good, highly customer focussed, guide the customers properly and provide good services. I was at this branch today- the warmth and genuineness from the team was happy to hear the detailed explanation of every detail in depth information brought a lot of clarity in me and had been to the branch with no intention to open an account- but post hearing from Mr.Shreejith, Chiranjeevi & rest of the team members I opened an account which was swift and comfortable... We opened our account at IDFC First Bank, Thubarahalli only because we knew the branch manager from before. We were pretty sure we wouldn't use it much. After all, why change good banking habits developed with other large banks over several decades? However, we soon realized that the service levels, can-do attitude and benefits from IDFC First surpassed anything we were used to from our other premium accounts. We have since opened accounts for our family members there and have made IDFC First bank our go-to bank for our banking needs. Sreejit and Samresh remain on our speed dial :)

There's another IDFC bank atm near Ferns N Petals, Aswath nagar, around 10mins from here.

Worst bank if any of ur frnds share ur contact without your knowledge they will call u and threatnen u for not recovering theri loan. I have their recodings and proof how worst they are .

Staff very cooperative. I went to close the account and they closed all formalities within 5 mins after getting reason for closure.
