Once entered office it was a closing day so all the customer answered by security person with typical voice that server is down so please come tomorrow. But when i asked the you are the boss to tackle all queries than one lady officer asked me to come and surprisingly she behaved well and in manner and listen my problems very calmly and seriously she tried to solve the problem.
