Nice staff

Very convenient location and helpful staff. It's a relatively new branch but I still opt for it as I trust the idfc first brand. Went here for investment advisory and opening an account, got really good advice from the manager here. Gives a vibe of young and vibrant organisation

- Recently opened branch, very young staff, lacks experience - Online account opening is not active, neither staff is familiar with process - Only good part is location, very near to DMart & link road - Branch manager (Sachin) is young too, one of the key person. Found him understandable & supportive.

Great service. Yet I am reducing one star for lack of communication while reducing rate of interest of savings account. SB rate was reduced twice in short period; first from 7% to 6% and again to 5% without any intimation.
