My relatives had opened a premier segment account here, during the period that the Bank offered a 7% interest rate on the Fds & a 6.5% interest just to have funds held in the savings acc. The high interest rate was quite literally the only major USP of this bank that set it apart from the rest. And being a bank that is not even 7 years old in India, they should have kept the high interest rate continuing on for atleast a couple of years more. Now, they've just followed the herd and traded in the customer incentives for a money making mindset. Interest rates have been slashed down to 4% and there's literally no other solid reason for why any customer would still choose to keep funds in a new bank like this. On top of it, the staff isn't all that co-operative & supportive, even of premier account holders.

The poorest banking services. Don't ever open any account here. And the worst part is the employees are VERY RUDE.
