I am not sure of all the experiences listed here, but my experience with miyapur branch was very pleasing. I had to take couple of DDs and needed cash to withdraw as well for fee payment in July. The teller (I forgot the lady's name), she helped us in every step thoroughly. This is one of the reason, i am moving out from HDFC gradually to IDFC First bank as my first banking partner. However space is bit compact, may need to expand if they need to serve more and more customers.

Spent nearly 4 hours in bank for loan purpose. No ventilation, systems are stuck due to no ac. It was my 3rd time visiting and its the same for the last 3 visits.
