Ever since Aug 2005 , my banking has predominantly been with HDFC Bank , barring a Capital Gain account with SBI. I had opened my account with IDFC Bank , Besant Nagar branch for my daughter and wife ( since daughter was a minor) as a birthday gift for my daughter . I must acknowledge and appreciate the service levels of the Branch Manager - Mrs. Santhiya Sabarish and her colleague Shreya. I was mighty impressed by their service levels and seamless process, that I decided to open my account and my son's account with IDFC Bank ( supported ably by Dilip and Santhiya) .
