My Savings account is with IDFC First Bank, Bijalpur branch,which is situated at a distance of about 10 kms from my residence. When visited at Bank's Nandlalpura, Indore, gentleman present there informed that their this outlet deals with loan matters and advised me to visit their Annapurna Road office for banking operations but when visited that Office, it too was Loans dealing outlet. It is a unplesant expeirence as both the outlets did not conspicously display any thing on the Sign Boards about type of outlet i.e.Loans dealing outlets
