Pretty average service tbh. Had more expectations from this new age bank. Staff is clueless about some services the bank offers.

Almost all the nearby IDFC branches I have checked have low ratings and there seems to be a valid reason behind it. Employees clearly seem to lack professionalism, they act like they are sitting at their private office or at a casual place. I heard one of the Employee using abusive language with another employee while discussing about a photo customer has shared, really? IDFC seems to hiring toddlers dressed in shirt and tie. The reason I am giving three is because one of the Employee was actually doing his work professionally and it seemed like others were putting tasks on him rather than doing themselves. I am really impressed by online services and customer service IDFC has to offer but it falls down bad when you visit the branch. Maybe it’s not all the branch but this is my conclusion based on recent visit.
