Visited this Kolkata - Barasat branch of IDFC First Bank on 31/03/2021. Name of the Bus Stop is Tarakeswar more. This appears to be a new office of the bank. Deposited some cash in the branch in our SB Account with the bank at Kolkata - Garia branch. The branch has its own ATM in its office premises but entered through a seperate gate.

Excellent services. World class bank. I just closed my HDFC Bank and shifted to IDFC FIRST Bank. Their mobile app is a must try. Executive behaviour is top notch.

Generic transaction procedures with some modern user interface. THE SERVER IS DOWN MST OF THE TIMES. THIS CAUSES UNNECESSARY INCONVENIENCE. Slightly confusing with their average monthly balance charges etc. Overall it's average. Yes a big plus is that there are hardly any rush.
