I have recently visited @ IDFC Dombivli Branch for my HOME Loan Transfer & Car Loan . All banking facility are available here . Bank Staff is very cooperative. Specially Branch Manager Mr. Ratnesh Joshi who is very humble & down to earth person. I think He has good experience in the Customer Engagement . Very good banking services.

In Dombivali bank & branch, Tiwari is the person who provides service & A to Z things & helps. & all another staff is useless.only sitting on chair no one talk to proper customer I am silent because of Tiwari sir.
