Staff is polite, talk with courtesy, service is good. Recently added 1 more star to make it 4 since after the below mentioned incident, Mr. Prem Singh (The branch Manager) and Mr. Pramod Kashid (sales) had supported me a lot and gave their good needed solutions to solve my earlier problem. one complaint i was talking about is that, similar to any other bank you go like I have experienced with AU SFB, Equitas SFB, AXIS & ICICI bank, and now very recently with them, their sales people were super misleading while selling their products just to complete their targets. Such sales people exists in all the banks. The sales people calls & visits you thousands of time when they want to sell and talk as if they are our close relatives. But worst after sales service and if any complaints are done these sales guys never shows up to resolve it. Recently purchased POS machine from them after one of their sales person's commitment saying it's free for lifetime. But sooner they charged 884rs. As rental for next 4 months. As this matter is solved now so NO complaints as of now.
