Online account opening is lengthy procedure don't waste time

Everybody should be aware of this.I do not have account in idfc bank and I never applied or enquired about loan from your bank. All of the the sudden my mom is getting calls and messages in phone or what's by addressing me that I am supposed to pay rs 916 for loan charges for which I never enquired or applied. What the hell is happening from your bank . We initially taught it is a scam call and ignored it and taught of reporting to RBi.but you people started calling us everyday and informing that you would increase the charges for loan if I don't pay. I do have all your emails which you send about pre approved loans but I never every received the laon details email from your end .the straight away I received message to pay the charges for the loan you the first worst bank service I have never come across. Asking to pay charges which never enquired or applied . Your deleting my comments in facebook .why??? I have proof i never visited your bank and never enquired about anything from your bank. how come you are sending message to pay charges.

Nothing like that ...I'm using this bank service from last one year ... They r awesome... Compare to any other bank ...

Though the bank was closed for the day, they helped me get my bank statement, appreciate their gesture.

The bank location is incorrect in Google maps. The actual location is exactly opposite to MG Hector showroom in kamanahalli on orr. It's on the service road just after ryan international school flyover towards kamanahalli.

This Bank Located on Service Road, Exactly oppsite to Croma TATA Enterprise. Google Map location not perfect. Since lot of traffic jam in Service Road plan your direction well before. Or Trinity Complex, Kalyan Nagar, Kammanahalli, Bangalore.

Small Bank with limited staff aimed for class banking. Don't expect mass service like nationalized banks. They cater to slightly high value customers with minimum deposit limits higher.
