Big Problem in IDFC, you can't mobile number in Credit Card through app🔥, only one option you have to go Bank Branch, I requested through application change of Mobile Number in Credit Card on 03 Jan 2024, they promised mobile number will be updated within 24 to 48 Hours but they failed to updating the mobile number in my Credit Card Account. Once again I visited Branch on 05 Jan 2023. Again I have done all formalities, like aadhaar Verification and Form submission........ Immediately I received one msg from IDFC for confirmation of Of updating of Mobile Number.....
