The staff here are incredibly helpful and supportive. As soon as I entered, two of them inquired about my reason for being there and assisted me in resolving my issue. This was the third bank I visited that day. My experiences at Axis Bank and Yes Bank were very disappointing, but my time at IDFC was fantastic. Perhaps I found it exceptional due to the negative experiences I had just moments before at the other two banks.
