I was there to close my saving account, anticipating abrupt behaviour from the bank staffs, as usual in any other bank in odisha,
To my surprise bank employee was very helpful and polite with his behaviour.
Never got that type of treatment in any other banks, that to for closing the account.I should not forget to mention the name of the person, which was Mr Saurav, written on the leaflet given by him for a current account.
