The FIRST IMPACT team's recent visit to Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, offered unique insights into the progress of IDFC FIRST Bank's Shwetdhara program in the region. Rachana Iyer, Head – CSR, along with Lalit Vedula, Senior Manager- CSR, and Niteesh Arya, Manager- CSR, from her team, was accompanied by Dr. R. S. Dixit, CMD - Ananda Dairy and Founder - Ananda Foundation, and teams from Ananda Foundation and Jovita FPC at the inauguration of the Jovita Milk Producer Company and Ratlam Pashu Vikas Kendra offices. They also launched the Shwetdhara Rath and a toll-free number to improve support for farmers.
During our latest #FieldStoriesOfIMPACT, the team members engaged with Gram Sakhis, FPC board members, and farmers to gain valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities ahead for these stakeholders. This visit is an important step in our journey to build profitable, sustainable, and women-led FPCs to support community growth.
