Colleagues from the Business Excellence team, led by Mr. Shreepad Shende under our Lend-A-Shoulder employee volunteering programme, recently hosted an interactive financial literacy workshop for 120+ participants. These were staff members from our NGO partners under Ek Prayas, our early intervention services programme in the disability education sector. Using FIRST Academy, the Bank’s digital learning platform for financial literacy, the session sparked meaningful conversations around managing finances with greater independence and clarity. The day was a powerful reflection of how our CSR partnerships and employee volunteers can learn from each other, leveraging innovation to create lasting Social Good.
