Had an issue with regards to ATM deposit wherein amount did not get credited. Staff Vasanthi took quick action and assured me of resolution in 2 working days. The issue got solved on the first working day itself. Thank you Vasanthi and IDFC First Bank.

This is a very good bank. I liked this bank very much. Staff services are always very helpful. They always ready to help customers in all aspects.
