Their service was much better, once I visited for name correction, they took time; initially it was not approved but later they themself again called me for clarification; verified the document and finally they approved it.. If it is other bank they would straight away rejected my request despite of proper document and I would have visited the branch for resubmission for document. Thanks for your good service

Last month I started a SB ac from this branch. The counter staff was friendly. Next day another staff visited my home and took my signature etc for KYC. Within a few days I got the welcome kit. Good experience.
