Through its CSR initiative, Ek Prayas, IDFC FIRST Bank partners with grassroots organizations to provide early intervention services to children with developmental disabilities in underserved areas. One such partner is Sankalpa, a Karnataka-based NGO working to create inclusive learning environments in rural communities. Through our established early intervention centers in Davangere, Harappanahalli, and Huvina Hadagali, they have enabled the overall growth of children with developmental disabilities, hosted regular parent counselling and community awareness. This partnership has been driving meaningful change where it's needed most.
