Good customers service and friendly bank to mostly bank with.....One of the most thing in my opinion is about the guy who is in the cash counter whosw name I think is Amal, who helped me lot on my loan payment... Which I actually came to do settlement and he told me about the disadvantages of settlement and its consequences in the upcoming furute..... anyway I thank a lot and I paid the EMI instead of settlement....
