Bank is good and staff is also customer oriented. But, a big problem is that the bank have digital board which is clearly visible during dark, but, in day light, it is hard to find the bank via board.

Went to idfc bank. Want to let you know that the teller there Urvashi Mahajan was extremely polite to me and talked in a very professional way. She was even very proficient in her work. Glad to have idfc as my bank.

I went to the bank for some inquiry the atmosphere was soo nice and even the staff was soo polite towards the customers. Mr. Gavish was an awesome staff, he was solving the queries very politely

One of the best branch i have visited of IDFC First Bank. All the staff is polite and helpful especially teller Urvashi she is professional and friendly she knows her work and also helps me to solve all the queries i had. The branch BM is seems to be a bit Khadoos overall a good experience.
