The bank's virtual services are great but offline service at the branch pretty much sucks.

I do not know about the work ethic of the whole of IDFC But the charming "youngish" staffers at the Sector-17 branch .. are practically wizards & .... (i stopped short of writing "witches" for the lovely ladies .. barely in time) The speed, accuracy & GRACE with which they execute all tasks .. is astounding, to say the least And they do it, day after day They seem to have been adequately ENABLED in this rightful pursuit .. by a sagacious top mgmt, which reposes much faith in the discretion of the FRONT OFFICES Read my reviews for other "BFSI service providers" .. in case you suspect that this is a PAID review
