Contrary to the experiences mentioned here, my experience was very positive here. I was assisted immediately with what is needed. Account opening was smooth, they helped me set up the app in phone, and all was activated before they sent me from branch. All other items arrived in mail few days later. My experience was really great. Thier app is also easy to use. I would really recommend this bank and branch to my friends.

My experience with this branch was really good. I went there a week ago for opening an SB account for regular UPI transactions. I just told them my requirement and had to only provide my fingerprint for KYC there along with my AADHAR details. In some 10 minutes, my account was ready, mobile banking app was configured and I was also provided an introduction to various features in the app. Cheque book and debit card reached me in 5 working days. Executive Bharath was very good to interact with. 👏 .
