Good service and good dealing with its customers for the redressal of their grievances.

They don't have information regarding their own financial products, for like 4 months straight and they didn't have any clue how to fix it. Today i called their customer service team and they resolved it, but not even a single person from the physical bank had any clue about the issue not even their RBMs till now when i asked the customer care and then told them myself.
