Good customer service👍 I had visited there for my address update (BTW MY ACCOUNT IS NOT IN THIS BRANCH) but still the staff was helpful & fast too. It was done in minutes!

When lenders say Pre-approved Loan! Apply Now! they don't usually mean it. When the applicant is a freelancer like me, they are especially troublesome. I've been paying Bajaj Finance EMIs on time for10 years now, and they rejected me. But IDFC is different. They sent me a message saying I was pre-approved because I was paying my dues on time on Flipkart Pay Later. I just filled in my name, bank details and a couple of other details, and the money was in my account in literally 2 minutes. Unbelievable. I'm always banking with IDFC from now on.
