Branch is on main road and easily visible to clients. Staff is very calm helpful. Even on one day a client was shouting for some charges levied on his account. Staff helped client and ensured very calmly. Branch staff Swati Sharma helped me for account opening and various features which helped me alot. She told me about net banking platform and gave me demo for that also. I had a very good experience there. I will surely wish to visit again sometime
