Bank is quite nice. To locate bank was difficult because in map it was wrong updated. It is near to AU small finance bank.

Recently, I visited bank. I notice some things which are - 1) Enough parking area for both two Wheeler and four wheelers parking. 2) With respect to COVID 19 situation all Hygiene are maintained. 3) Sanitizer & Temperature are checked during entrance. 4) Enough sitting arrangements & well mannered counters. 5) Decent & Polite Staff 6) Clean floors & fresh inside environment. 7) Quick response. Thank you. 😇

I am customer of IDFC First Bank since last 3 years. I found the services of the bank is very good. Even they had provided uninterrupted services to the customers during lock-down period. Staff is polite, cordial and provide quick services to the customers. I am delighted with the service and support provided to me by IDFC First Bank.

Good service Completed the Aadhar update within 10 minutes, better than post office aadhar update services. They said to wait for the operator to be free and within 15-20 minutes, they enrolled for aadhar update. Experienced and well mannered employees.
